Funded Hours Explained

• Eligible children can receive up to 30 hours of funded childcare for 38 weeks a year.
• To support working families, we stretch the funding across the full year (51 weeks).
• This means 22.35 funded hours per week, rather than 30 hours term time only.

How Hours Can Be Used

• Funded hours can be taken over 3, 4 or 5 full days.
• It is also possible to book 20 hours over 2 days all year round.
• Part day sessions may be available, depending on occupancy.

What’s Included in Our Fees

Alongside funded hours, we offer a bundle of services, which may include:

• Additional non-funded hours
• Hot two-course lunches
• Healthy snacks
• Drinks
• Additional services over and above the basic funded provision

Every family receives a personalised Breakdown of Fees, clearly showing:

• Booked hours
• Funded hours (at £0 cost)
• Any additional hours
• Costs for lunches, snacks and bundled services
• Optional extras (e.g. early starts or teas)

Other Optional Extra Services

• Breakfast (2 years +): £2.00 per day (included for under 2s)
• Early Start (7:30–8:00am): £8.20 per day
• Cooked two course tea: £5.30 per day

Stand Alone Funded Places

• A limited number of stand alone funded places (funded hours only) may be available.
• These places are subject to availability and should be discussed directly with the management team.
